Recipe of the Week: Make Tilapia in 5 easy steps. #TilapiaInABag


Happy Friday! TGIF!



So as some of you may know, I am a pescetarian. So I am always exploring new dishes that I can incorporate  fish in different ways. I do have a busy schedule, so some nights I am wiped out and come home late from work. At that point, I am just trying to have a meal without putting too much effort. One of my favorite type of fish to eat is tilapia. There is a terrific method of making Tilapia named “Tilapia in a bag”. It is created in 5 easy steps! You can also use this method for Salmon for “Salmon in a bag”.



-Tilapia Fillets

-1.5 tablespoons of butter


-Black Pepper

-1 Lemon( Cut into Slices)

-Aluminum Foil


1.) Preheat your oven to 350°.

2.) On a sheet of aluminum foil, lay your slices of lemon.

3.) Then lay your tilapia over the sliced lemons. Next, add butter, salt and pepper on top then wrap up the sides of the foil together and enclose it all tightly like a pouch.


4.)Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 350°.

5.) Voila! Its all done and ready to be served! It is delicious, quick and effortlessly easy.
